It happens sometimes with your application that uses some function exists in particular file, returns with message which says something like “function not found”, or “function does not exists”.  The key possibility of this issue is the file you have uploaded is corrupt and it happened during the uploading process. Visit software vendor’s website again and re-download the software package, and re-upload the corrupt file.
